UM Health-West Hospital and our neighborhood physician offices are linked with EPIC, our electronic medical record system, as well as leading-edge computer imaging systems that allow images to be shared by multiple physicians at any time, helping them better understand areas of concern.

Referrals
Appointments for imaging services at UM Health-West Hospital are made through Central Scheduling. All imaging services except screening mammography require a doctor’s order. X-rays can be scheduled or performed on a walk-in basis at the hospital.

Outpatient imaging services are conveniently located just inside the front door of UM Health-West Hospital, where experienced staff members are very attentive to patient needs. We also offer outpatient imaging services at UM Health-West neighborhood physician offices throughout the area.
