We encourage 4- week rotations following our scheduling block at Metro GR, but will try to accommodate your schedule. A 2- week rotation is also acceptable, but less desirable than a 4 week rotation. We realize that our 4 week block rotations may not match your schedule, so please indicate what works for you. In order to balance and maximize your experience, we limit our students to 8 at any given time. In a 4-week block, you would spend a week on Ob, Gyn, Nights, and ambulatory ob-gyn. If less than 4 weeks, than we would modify that schedule.Preference Dates for a 4-week Rotation: Block 1: 07/01/2021 - 08/01/2021 Block 2: 08/02/2021 - 08/29/2021 Block 3: 08/30/2021 - 09/26/2021 Block 4: 09/27/2021 - 10/24/2021 Block 5: 10/25/2021 - 11/21/2021 Block 6: 11/22/2021 - 12/19/2021 Request for alternate dates for 4 week rotation: Request /Preference Dates for a 2-week Rotation: Contact InformationFirst Name* Middle Initial* Last Name* Email Address* Address* City* State* Zip Code* Home Phone Cell Phone* Medical EducationMedical School* Medical Student*Medical School *Medical SchoolAnticipated graduation date School Coordinator's Name* First Last Medical School Coordinator's Name* First Last Medical School Coordinator's Email* School Coordinator's Email Medical School Coordinator's Phone*School Coordinator's PhoneI will be applying for an Internship/Residency at Metro Health Hospital* Yes No If yes, what program?
