Gentle Yoga – Virtual

Gentle, deep breathing, light stretching and relaxation await you when you register this virtual class. No yoga experience necessary as you will learn about its health benefits and how you can apply yoga principles to your daily life. Please register for this class in order to receive a link.

Even if you don’t know how to dance, this class is a great way to get in shape, have fun and shimmy those unwanted pounds away! Space is limited and registration is required.

NEW! Mixed Levels Flow

This mixed flow yoga class is a combination class for all to enjoy! Those new to yoga as well as experienced students are welcome. Moderate movement to start your day energized. Progressions and regressions will be offered on all movements.

Beginners Yoga

Have you always wanted to try yoga but don’t know where to begin? This class is for you! Not only will you learn how to practice yoga, you will learn about its health benefits and how you can apply yoga principles to your daily life. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. Thursday Intermediate Yoga

If you want to take your yoga practice to the next level, this is the class for you. In addition to helping you further develop strength and flexibility, this class features vinyasa (flowing from pose to pose). We will also teach yoga principles that you can apply to all aspects of your life. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. Registration is limited and required to attend this class.

A challenging 15 minute abdominal workout set to upbeat music that will work your entire core! This class is for all fitness levels and is a great way to fit in a quick, but intense workout! Space is limited and registration is required.
