Monday Intermediate Yoga – Virtual Class

If you want to take your yoga practice to the next level, this is the class for you. In addition to helping you further develop strength and flexibility, this class features vinyasa (flowing from pose to pose). Gentle Yoga – Virtual Class

Gentle, deep breathing, light stretching and relaxation await you when you register for this virtual class. Exercise for Parkinson’s Disease

This is a free exercise class specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. Led by LSVT BIG certified physical therapists, it is a combination of chair and standing exercises. If needed for individual safety a caregiver can also attend.

Join us for an upbeat 25 – minute strength workout using light weights and bands, followed up with 25 minutes of cardio dance. Registration is required.
