One Network. One Program. One Team.
The Cardiovascular Network of West Michigan is an innovative collaboration to provide choice and access to world-class cardiovascular care to our growing region.
As a joint operating agreement between Trinity Health Muskegon, Trinity Health Saint Mary’s and University of Michigan Health-West, the network draws on the expertise of University of Michigan Health’s Frankel Cardiovascular Center, one of the nation’s highest-rated centers for cardiology and heart surgery.
With the Open-Heart program opening at University of Michigan Health-West, the network is expanding choice and access in the fastest-growing part of the state.
This will provide seamless care and excellence for patients across West Michigan, whenever they enter the network.
Meeting a Need
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the United States, and West Michigan has seen an expanding need for advanced cardiovascular services. Until now, the Grand Rapids market has been the largest in the state with a single open-heart porgram.
The members of the cardiovascular Network of West Michigan believe our community deserves choice and options for the most advanced care, with access to the finest medical minds, sophisticated treatments and groundbreaking clinical trials.
