The UM Health-West Community Clinic provides a variety of outpatient services to members of our community who may not otherwise be able to afford health care. The majority of the patients who walk through the doors of our community clinic have little or no insurance, and many are part of the area’s growing refugee population. The UM Health-West Community Clinic offers to these patients what every person deserves: to protect and provide for the health and well-being of their families.
First-hand Experience
Here the next generation of physicians will get first-hand experience, while providing compassionate, personal care to patients in need. This teaching clinic, as well as an emergency food pantry and an at-risk mother’s program, provides a way for patients to get the help and health care they may not have received elsewhere.
