Family Day Camp is a FREE 4-week program that gives families who have a loved one with cancer an emotionally-safe and supportive environment to bond, make memories, explore feelings and learn more about cancer and its effects on the whole family. This year, the WHOLE family is invited, from newborns to great-grandparents!
Family Day Camp is designed to meet the specific needs of your family. No need to commit to all four sessions; families can choose to participate in any or all of the sessions.
Each 2-hour session will be packed full of fun for all ages. We’ve gathered the best family fun activities from around Grand Rapids and brought them all to The Cancer Center at UM Health-West Village just for you.
Hosted by the UM Health-West Child Life Program and sponsored by the UM Health-West Hospital Foundation.
