Community Blood Drives

Blood donors save lives! Come visit our community blood drives to donate blood and help save a life.

Better Breathers/Freedom from Smoking

Breathe easier knowing you are not alone. Our Better Breathers Club meets to present educational information and offer support to individuals with chronic lung disease and their families.

Education Seminars

Topics include heart health, blood pressure control, kidney health, lifesaving training, weight management, and more. Many classes are led by specialists.

Expecting a bundle of joy? Join our expectant parents’ classes to prepare you for when your newborn arrives.

Farm Market

Stop by the Farm Market on Thursdays from 9am-2pm on Thursdays May – October. Visit our friendly vendors and purchase a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, cheeses, breads, and hand-crafted items from local artisans. Learn more here.

Try an affordable yoga or strength and dance to move your body and improve your strength, flexibility, health, and fitness.

Nutrition Education

Join our nutrition classes and learn from Registered Dieticians to discuss how to improve your health through good nutrition.

Metro Way 5K

This July event is our annual family fun run. Our goal is to provide an event to get our friends and neighbors up and active. We welcome all ages and abilities. Learn more here.

UM Health-West helps you connect with others experiencing similar situations. Stop by one of our support groups focusing on Aphasia, Parkinson’s disease, and breastfeeding.
