Beginners Yoga

Have you been wanting to try yoga but don’t know where to begin? This class is for you! Not only will you learn how to practice yoga, you will learn about its health benefits and how you can apply yoga principles to your daily life. This class will take place outdoors on the Granger Green. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. In the case of rain, this class will take place virtually.

Yoga for Stress Relief and Energy – Virtual

Start your day off with energizing movement and breathing practices. This practice will help you begin the day off in a more grounded and supported space, as well as honor and care for all of yourself. Enjoy this class from the comfort of your home! Gentle Yoga

Gentle, deep breathing, light stretching and relaxation await you when you register for this virtual class. No yoga experience necessary as you will learn about its health benefits and how you can apply yoga principles to your daily life. Enjoy this practice in the comfort of your own home! Monday Intermediate Yoga

If you want to take your yoga practice to the next level, this is the class for you. In addition to helping you further develop strength and flexibility, this class features vinyasa (flowing from pose to pose). We will also teach yoga principles that you can apply to all aspects of your life. Enjoy this practice in the comfort of your own home! Freedom From Smoking

Are you ready to quit using tobacco products? Lean how to quit the use of tobacco and nicotine products with our Freedom from Smoking classes. Participants will receive support and education from the Pulmonary Rehabilitation team to help them in their journey to becoming tobacco free. Registration is required for this 8-week course.

Community Blood Drive

Blood donors save lives! It is easy, only takes about 45 minutes, and you’ll feel good knowing that you helped save a life. Snacks are provided. Appointments are required.

Enjoy an hour of tranquil music, guided visualizations and stress management tools for relaxing and renewing the mind, body and spirit. Registration is required.
