Monday Intermediate Yoga – Virtual Class

If you want to take your yoga practice to the next level, this is the class for you. In addition to helping you further develop strength and flexibility, this class features vinyasa (flowing from pose to pose). We will also teach yoga principles that you can apply to all aspects of your life. Enjoy this practice in the comfort of your own home! Confidential Paper Shredding

Know your information is safe by properly shredding confidential documents. Please note this event is specifically for documents containing confidential information.

Drug Take Back Day

Help us protect our community and environment by properly disposing of your expired, used prescriptions or over the counter medications at this free, no questions asked, drive through event. An event volunteer will come to your car to assist you.

Community Blood Drive

Make a difference in our community by donating blood! It’s easy, only takes about 45 minutes and you will feel good knowing you helped save a local patient’s life.

NEW! Strength + Dance Class

Join us for an upbeat 25 – minute strength workout using light weights and bands, followed up with 25 minutes of cardio dance. Registration is required.
