The National Association for Business Resources recognized University of Michigan Health-West as one of the 2023 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the Nation, and one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
An independent research firm evaluated the award-winning companies on categories such as communication, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and work-life balance. Of 1,300 nominations in the country, 195 winning organizations were honored as spring Best and Brightest National winners. UM Health-West was one of the top 101 highest scoring winners.
This is the sixth year in a row that UM Health-West has been named among the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation and the seventh consecutive honor in West Michigan.
