ThinkFirst to Prevent Falls is a 90 minute educational session tailored for older adults, their families, and caregivers. The presentation aims to increase awareness of fall risk factors and provide practical strategies to reduce them—whether at home, in the community, or related to medications, vision, nutrition, and physical activity. Led by our Injury Prevention Coordinator, the session also addresses what to do if a fall occurs and emphasizes the importance of discussing fall prevention with your healthcare provider.
