Sign-on Bonuses
As an employer consistently named to regional and national lists of “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For,” University of Michigan Health-West is pleased to announce sign-on bonuses for new hires at multiple positions across the organization. There are three (3) levels of qualifying positions that have been identified based on operational needs.
Level 1- Up to $1,000 in the first 90 days of employment
All open frontline and administrative positions up to the supervisor level that are not classified as Level 2 or Level 3.
Level 2 – Up to $5,000 in the first year of employment
Clinical and clinical support positions identified as in high need and critical to providing direct patient care.
Level 3 – Up to $10,000 in the first 18 months of employment
Clinical and clinical support positions identified as in high need and critical to providing direct patient care and are assigned to a hard to fill shift (primarily 3rd and weekend shifts) in a high acuity department.
*Full details on positions included in each level will be presented to applicants during the interview process. Staff who terminate prior to the completion of the required work commitment may be required to repay for all amounts awarded.
