Four Strategic Health Priorities

University of Michigan Health-West, along with other healthcare and health related nonprofit organizations, partnered with the Kent County Health Department to complete a community health needs assessment. The Kent County CHNA is necessary for driving priority selection and decision-making. It uses quantitative data and qualitative community perceptions. This is the third assessment of Kent County’s community health improvement efforts for the 648,594 residents of Kent County.
