The market is located at  5900 Byron Center Ave. SW, Wyoming, MI 49519 on Main Street between Center Drive and Village Drive.

The University of Michigan Health-West’s Farm Market offers a convenient, outdoor marketplace for the community, located just steps away from the UMH-W hospital. Visitors can explore a variety of locally grown Michigan products and homemade goods and handcrafted items, including fresh vegetables, fruits, artisan breads, cheese, meat, coffee, maple syrup, flowers, and much more. Support local farmers and artisans by shopping with us!  

Vendor Application

UM Health-West is excited to partner with local vendors to offer fresh, high-quality produce and products to the community.  If you are an artisan or food vendor looking to sell your products at our market, please submit an application.

  • All vendors must submit an application to be eligible to sell at our market. The Market Manager will review the application, make a decision on approval or denial, and will notify the applicant accordingly.  
  • Priority is given to vendors who sell food and food-related products including produce, dry goods, baked goods, meat, coffee, eggs, honey, syrup, jams, and other edible items.  
  • Vendors must be within 50 miles of the City of Wyoming. 
  • Products must primarily sell products that are locally grown, produced, or crafted.  
  • Vendors of cottage law foods must follow proper labeling guidelines. 
  • Franchises, multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses, or reselling of goods are not permitted.

Animals in Food Establishments Regulations 

Section 6-501.115 of the Michigan Modified Food Code restricts the presence of animals in businesses that sell, prepare or serve food. However, an allowable exception under 6-501.115 includes service animals that are controlled by a person with a disability.
