As times continue to change and we must adapt, we are pleased to now offer virtual Childbirth classes. In these classes, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss any concerns about labor and birth with the instructor and other expectant couples virtually. Learn about what labor and delivery will really be like and how to cope with contractions through comfort measures and pain relief options. In this class, your partners will feel empowered to provide you the support you need during birth. We also cover cesarean birth basics and early postpartum self-care. We well be hosting virtual classes via Webex, please note that this option will be provided in a private group setting that will display your first name and the first letter of your last name. Your face will also be displayed to the other class attendees unless you decide to turn your camera off for the duration of the class. When the camera is off, your name will still be displayed. Materials for this course will be mailed to the address you provide a week prior to class and an email with a link to access the class will be sent a few days before the class date.
*This class is $25 and is not billed to your insurance. You are responsible to pay the balance before the class date or you will not be sent the materials or web link.
