Silent & Live Auction

We are using ClickBid again this year for our silent auction to make bidding easy! ClickBid keeps track of your bids for you and once you have been outbid, you will immediately receive a text message or email letting you know you’ve been outbid. You can easily jump back into your account and make sure you don’t miss out.

Please ensure your correct payment information is in ClickBid. At the end of the evening, if you won an auction item or participated in the paddle raise, you will automatically be checked out using the credit card you have on file.

Don’t forget that the silent auction closes at 7:25 pm!

  • Tortellini Kabob (Vegetarian): Mini tortellini, roasted tomato, artichoke heart, pumpkin seed pesto

  • Large Grazing Board (Vegetarian options): Assorted Michigan cheeses, summer sausages, salami, cured meats, house bread & butter pickles, cornichons, sharp mustard, seasonal jam, housemade spent grain crackers, fresh fruits, assorted berries.
  • With Grape Tomato Bruschetta, Spinach artichoke Dip (Vegetarian) & Antipasti Skewer (Gluten-Free): Salami, kalamata olive, roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella, pesto drizzle

Build Your Own Mac & Cheese Bar

(Vegan & Gluten-Free options)
Mac and cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, steamed broccoli, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, butter, crispy fried onions, crispy jalapeños, bbq pulled pork.
Note: Servings of gluten-free pasta available, vegan pasta sauce available.

Dr. Booker

All funds raised from Bid & Benefit will support the Foundation’s commitment to health equity in West Michigan. We are excited to announce the creation of the Dr. Rhae-Ann Booker Health Equity Impact Fund. This fund will continue the indelible work of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies that Dr. Booker implemented during her time as Vice President of DEI at University of Michigan Health-West. Dr. Booker’s legacy and UM Health-West’s commitment to equitable healthcare access for all, will continue through this fund.
