- Kidney Personal Action Toward Health (Kidney-PATH) is a 8-week virtual workshop for participants who are in various stages of Chronic Kidney Disease. The first six weeks focus on overall healthy living, with two additional sessions that cover kidney specific content. This free course is brought to you by the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan.

Participants will receive support and education from the Pulmonary Rehabilitation team to help them in their journey to becoming tobacco free. Registration is required for this 7-week course.

Parkinson's Disease is a progressive nervous disorder which can cause a variety of symptoms including difficulty with movement and communication. This support group offers education, support, and resources to patients with Parkinson's Disease, caregivers and other members of their support team.

We offer online self-guided childbirth, newborn care, and breastfeeding classes. These classes are available in both English and Spanish. Each class costs $15.00 and is not covered by insurance. This option allows you to go through the class content on your own time, and you have access to the content for 90 days. The same book and educational videos that are used for our in-person classes are used for these online classes.
